Get Homeowner Calls for Bigger Projects

Writehis Remodeling is a referral service. We send homeowner requests to independent providers in our network. These are not jobs with us. You run your own business, set your own prices, and sign your own contracts.

There are no openings on staff here. This page is for contractors who want to receive calls.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who focus on larger remodels. That includes:

• Full bathroom renovations
• Tub and shower conversions
• Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers
• Kitchen remodels

You should serve homes near Kinnelon or in the Kinnelon area. Experience with older homes helps. Stone and block foundations, tight layouts, and aging pipes are common here.

We do not send small repair calls. We do not send calls for mobile homes.

What We Expect

Homeowners will compare you with other providers. So we ask for a few basics:

• Hold the licenses, insurance, and permits your area requires.
• Return calls and requests with care.
• Give clear written quotes.
• Explain the work in plain words.
• Treat homeowners with respect, even when they say no.
• Make no promises you cannot keep.

You do the work and you answer for it. Writehis Remodeling does not take part in the job.

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The types of projects you take
• Your license and insurance details
• A good way to reach you

We will read it and reply if your business looks like a fit for the network. A reply is not a promise of calls.
